Return and Exchange Policies
We hope that you truly enjoy the treasures you found at the Phoenix! However, if there is ever an issue, merchandise is acceptable for credit or exchange if returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by receipt.
Refund will be made to the purchaser upon request in the same payment form as stated on the receipt. Credit to AmEx, Discover, MC or VISA can only be made on the card number originally used to charge the purchase.
Gift recipients and guests who do not have receipts are entitled to a non-refundable store credit with returned articles valued at their most recent sale price.
Consignments and items on sale or discounted for any reason are final sales and may not be returned, as stated at the bottom of the receipt.
DVDs and compact discs may only be returned if they are defective.
No returns or exchanges on Layaways or Special Orders.
The Phoenix Shop does not share mailing lists or contact information with anyone.
Shipping & Handling
All merchandise purchased on the Phoenix Shop web site will be shipped within 2-5 business days as long as it is available. If there is ever a further delay due to road conditions or availability, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know.
We ship all merchandise using USPS or UPS, and can offer both UPS Ground as well as 2nd day shipping.
Because of our remote location in Big Sur, 2nd day shipping can be delayed by an extra day if the UPS pick-up does not return to Monterey in time.
