How will our Nepenthe/Phoenix experience change since COVID-19?
We have implemented thorough safety procedures to create an optimum and safe dining and retail environment.  Safety AND service.  We are looking forward to serving you again.  Please wear a face covering at all times (except while at a table for food/drink service), and maintain appropriate social distancing requirements. Also, at this time all of our seating is outdoors with full service. While we do we have outdoor heaters, not all seating areas have equal heat distribution, thus we encourage guests to wear layers to best ensure their comfort on cool days/evenings.

Do I need a reservation?
No, just come on in as we seat guests on a first come first served basis.  

Can I make a reservation?
Until further notice, we are not able to accommodate reservation requests.  All guests are welcomed on a walk-in basis and a first come first serve wait list will be used when seating is full. Café Kevah does not accept reservations.

How do I get on the waiting list?
Once you arrive, please see our host.  If we cannot seat you immediately, you will be offered a place on the wait list. 

Can I put my name on the wait list in advance over the phone?
No, to ensure timely seating for all of our guests, we will add your name to our wait list after you have arrived and checked in with our host. 

How long is the wait for a table if I am on the wait list?
Wait times vary based on level of business and your desired seating location.  When you see the host to have your name put on the wait list, you will be provided with an estimated wait time. 

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Yes! Gift Certificates can be purchased through our website here.

Gift Certificates are non-transferable between restaurants and gift shop.

Is there WiFi/cell reception?
There is no WiFi available on the property.  Cell service is not reliable and quite limited and spotty at our location. 

Do you allow dogs?
We do not allow dogs at Nepenthe or the Café Kevah, though dogs are welcome in The Phoenix Shop. 

Is there handicapped access?
Designated handicapped parking and an ADA accessible ramp to Nepenthe are accessed via the Handicapped/Delivery driveway off the main parking lot. 

Do you have RV/Bus/Trailer parking?
Parking for RV's, buses and vehicles with trailers is available at the large dirt turnout on the highway level.  Oversized vehicles are not permitted on the main parking level.

Do you host Private Events?
Generally, we do not host private events. If you have further questions, please email our Nepenthe Manager, Alicia Hahn.

What is the weather like?
Weather conditions are variable, though generally mild and comfortable.  It is always advisable to wear layers.  For current weather conditions please refer to our weather page

Do you have vegetarian items?
Yes, please see our menu for Nepenthe and Café Kevah.  Vegetarian items are listed with a "V" next to the item. 

Do you have vegan items?
Yes, please see our menu for Nepenthe and Café Kevah.  Vegan items are listed with a "VN" next to the item.

Do you have gluten free items?
Yes, please see our menu for Nepenthe and Café Kevah.  Gluten Free items are listed with a "GF" next to the item.
